Australia-wide delivery

  • Prices include transit insurance and GST.
  • All our items are despatched directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours upon receiving payment. Once the item has been dispatched, please allow 1 to 4 working days delivery time for most areas and 8-10 working days for western Australia and other rural areas.
  • All our items are sent via courier and are registered. After the items have been despatched an email will be sent to you with the telephone number of the courier company together with a postage tracking number.
  • We send all our items to residential or business addresses only, we do not send to PO Boxes.
  • Please supply correct address, telephone number and preferably mobile number for courier driver to contact you if necessary.
  • Free pick up is available from our Gold coast premises. When picking up the item it is important that you let us know an exact date of you would like to pick up the item or advise us at least 24 business hours in advance.
  • Please make sure someone is available to sign for the item upon delivery

International delivery

  • To purchase our products, please send us an email for a freight quote for all related products. The cost of the freight will be cheaper if you have combined items. After that, your order will be arranged through Australia Post. Thus, you need to provide name, address and telephone number.
