  • Items will not be replaced/refunded/exchanged if you simply changed your mind, made a wrong choice, or were not what you expected.
  • If the item(s) are Dead On Arrival (DOA), item(s) can be returned accordingly within 7 days. All replacement/ repair/ refund mode are at the total discretion of Into The Blue.
  • Misuse, used, unauthorised repair, physical damage or tampering of the products will not warrant for any refund/replacement.
  • No refunds/returns/exchange will be accepted after 7 days of payment received.
  • The products must be in their original packaging or in a re sellable condition. You are required to bear the cost of shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
  • Damage in transit will not warrant for return unless postal insurance has been taken out on the item/s.
  • Into The Blue reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchange of any items.
  • All Warranties are non-transferable. All claims must be logged by the actual buyer of the product.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility of items. Thus, we will not accept returns/refunds based on incompatibility related issues. You are urged to research items thoroughly prior to buying to avoid disappointment. No exceptions.
  • If the returned item is found not to be faulty, you will be liable to pay a compulsory testing & administration service fee of $30 to Into The Blue. In addition, you will be liable to pay for postage & handling of the item return back to you. No exceptions.
  • If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
